It deals with management of bone, muscle and joint issues of all age groups of people. It includes both conservative and surgical treatment of people as per the need and recommendation. We at Yatharth foundation are providing free opds to poor and underpriviledged people once a month. We also try to help the poor in their treatment including medicines, blood tests, orthosis, prosthesis, physiotherapy and surgery if required by minimising cost and arranging donations from affluent people.

Physiotherapy is one of the allied health profession. Physiotherapy help peoples affected by injury, illness and disability through movement, exercise, education and advice. Physiotherapist helps in maintain the health for people of all ages, manage pain and prevent disease. Physiotherapists focus on both rehabilitation and prevention.

It deals with orthoses designed to provide external control, correction & support. (Orthoses = braces). Orthoses is an appliance used to support part of body or perform certain function. We at yatharth foundation are providing free OPD’S to poor and underprivileged people once a month. It includes physical assessment , general awareness and education etc. we also try to provide orthosis and prosthesis to poor for the treatment of foot drop, radial nerve palsy, ulnar nerve palsy, brachial plexus injury, CDH ,CTEV, neck immobilization , cervical spline injury, dorsolumbar spinal injury, scoliosis, fractures, etc. at minimum cost or for free by arranging donations from affluent people.

It deals with functional or cosmetic restoration for all or part of a missing limb. (prosthesis = artificial limb). Prosthesis is an appliance used to replace part of a body ( an amputated/removed part). It can be off two types Endoskeleton or Exoskeleton We at Yatharth foundation are provide prosthesis and its management to poor. Prosthesis care includes follow- up ,physical assessment, patient evaluation , exercises & proper care for stump, proper rehabilitation by providing prostheses to the amputees by minimising cost as low or even arranging donations from prosperous , upscale, well-off people.
